Long story as to why and how...
Basically... it wasnt raining!
Haddnt been all day!
This is a chemical rainbow made by sunset light hitting pollution.. the effects are diliberate..

This is uncanny. Only today, I looked up at the skies over Lincoln and watched angrily, as they blitzed us with chemicals and I saw a small rainbow. I wondered then if it was chemically induced. You have just confirmed that this is the case.
I see them spraying literally every day, but it was the first time I had seen a rainbow when there wasn't supposed to be one!
